My mediation process involves the combination of my clinical and legal experience and merging them to apply to the situation at hand. In the past several years I have contracted with private and governmental entities and have applied my skills in a variety of courtroom settings. I gravitated towards mediating disputes because I truly believe it is the best way for parties to resolve their disputes. I have mediated a multitude of disputes over the years, including divorce, custody, contract issues, real estate issues, financial and debt issues, and other miscellaneous disputes.
Better for divorcing parties and better for families in general. The fact that outcomes are mutually agreed upon results in practical solutions that actually work in the real world. All of the primary issues that encompass the divorce process can be part of the mediation process. Custody issues can be mediated as a part of a divorce, part of a post-divorce situation, or separately in general.
